Construction Schedule Completion of Phase I is due for completion early 2009 along with completion of Marina, Beach Club and golf course. Payment Terms 25% on signing of preliminary contracts Buying options: Phase I 2 and 3 bed apartments (condominiums) which consist of ground floor, middle floor and the penthouses and range in size from 80 m2 - 120 m2. Villas and plots, plots can be bought in sizes of 600 m2, 1000 m2 and 2000 m2 and dependant on the size of the plot you have a choice of 6 types of villas: Tulum = 2 bed 3 bath Plot prices and build prices increase throughout the year, please ask for a free investment pack for details.
